1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Account Holder", "Player") and 9toto ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all access to and use of the 9toto website accessible at https://9toto.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers and MYR payment facilities.

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, match bonus, reload or cashback amount credited to an Account subject to specific promotional Terms.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from an approved MYR payment method into an Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process applied to accounts before or during withdrawal requests.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency used for all Account transactions on 9toto.

3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on 9toto. Duplicate Accounts — including those opened under different names, email addresses or device profiles — are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide:

• Your legal full name, as it appears on your identity document.
• A valid email address that you control and access regularly.
• A Malaysian mobile phone number where applicable for verification.
• A date of birth confirming that you are 21 or older.
• A unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of registration information. 9toto may correct an Account only where documentary evidence is provided. All registration data is processed in accordance with the 9toto Privacy Policy.

5 Terms of Use

Access to 9toto is granted on the following conditions:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment within applicable local requirements.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security control, restriction or technical protection measure implemented by 9toto.
• You will not use automated tools, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not exploit software errors, display faults or pricing anomalies. Any wager suspected of benefiting from a technical error may be voided at the sole discretion of 9toto.

6 Deposits

9toto supports the following MYR payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect and USDT (TRC20 network). Payment method availability may be updated without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same verified name as the 9toto Account. Third-party or anonymous deposits are not accepted and will be returned where reasonably practicable, less any applicable handling costs.

Key deposit conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Limits are displayed in the Account deposit area and may be subject to KYC verification status.
• 9toto does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank, e-wallet or cryptocurrency network may apply independent charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and carry conversion risk. Processing times are estimates only, not guarantees.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 9toto Account. Before any withdrawal is processed, 9toto may require completion of KYC checks, including submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to pending wagering requirements. Any unresolved rollover obligation must be completed before a withdrawal is released.
• Indicative withdrawal processing times — under 5 minutes for eligible e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions, and 15 to 60 minutes for direct bank wire — are targets only and not contractual guarantees.

8 Bonus and Promotions

All promotions published by 9toto — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday rewards, referral schemes and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses — are governed by specific promotional terms. These include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirement: The amount by which qualifying funds must be staked before withdrawal is permitted. Common multipliers range from x10 to x25.
• Maximum bet during bonus: A typical illustrative cap of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round applies when Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game contribution: Slots commonly contribute 100% towards wagering. Table games, live dealer titles and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage, typically 10% to 20%.

9 Acceptable Use

• Placing wagers on both outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit irrespective of the result, where this activity conflicts with platform rules.
• Using the Account of another individual, regardless of their consent.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or commercially exploit any part of the 9toto Platform.

Accounts found engaging in any of the above activities may be suspended immediately. Balances pending investigation will be withheld pending the outcome of the review. Where financial fraud is identified, 9toto reserves the right to report activity to the relevant authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on 9toto — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphic elements, typography, written copy, promotional materials, logos and layout — is the intellectual property of 9toto or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or publicly displayed without prior written consent.

Using 9toto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution or creation of derivative works.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9toto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from:

12 Account Suspension and Closure

9toto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where:

• A material breach of these Terms has been identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be incomplete, inconsistent or fraudulent.
• Unusual transaction patterns suggesting money laundering or financial crime are detected.
• A self-exclusion or responsible-gambling restriction is invoked by the Account holder or applied by 9toto.
• A regulatory or legal requirement necessitates the restriction of access.

Where closure is initiated by 9toto, any cleared, verifiable real-money balance — excluding Bonus Funds and void winnings — will be returned to the verified payment method after completion of all required checks.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 9toto through the official support channel. Pending wagers at the time of voluntary closure are settled in accordance with standard rules.

13 Responsible Gambling

9toto is committed to supporting responsible, affordable and controlled gambling for all eligible adult users. Account holders are encouraged to make use of the following tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly MYR caps on funds added to the Account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum MYR amount that may be lost within a defined period.

14 Amendments to These Terms
